Pioneer Holidays has organised tours across North India since 1990, welcoming travellers from the UK, US, Canada, UAE and Mexico. With long experience running Golden Triangle Tour Packages, our focus stays on reliable service and comfortable travel. A driver handles every road journey, and local guides join you in each city to explain the main monuments and their history.
If you want to confirm visa requirements before booking, check the official Indian visa portal. For general trip planning, the Government of India's tourism site, Incredible India, is another useful and credible resource.
Taj Mahal sunrise visits suit every season, since the monument stays quiet and the light is at its best in the first hour after opening.
This tour runs year-round, so you can plan it around your own travel dates.
Delhi, the capital, gives most travellers their first real taste of India. Old Delhi feels crowded and alive, with Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk showing centuries of history. New Delhi feels calmer, with wide roads leading past India Gate and Humayun's Tomb. A full day here shows just how closely the old city and the new one sit together.
Agra centres around the Taj Mahal, a sight that shifts with the light and never quite matches its photographs. Agra Fort adds a deeper look at Mughal history, while Mehtab Bagh, a quiet garden across the river, offers a different angle on the same monument. The Archaeological Survey of India oversees the protection of both sites.
Jaipur closes the trip on a royal note. Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar showcase Rajput history, while local bazaars sell jewellery, gemstones, block print textiles and blue pottery worth taking home.
Five days is a solid choice for this route. Arriving in Delhi on day one means your sightseeing starts fresh on day two, instead of straight off a long flight. You still get a full Delhi day, a sunrise Taj Mahal visit, and a complete Jaipur day.
If you want even more time in each city, the 6 Days Golden Triangle Tour adds a second Delhi day and a separate Agra afternoon for the Baby Taj and Mehtab Bagh, sites that rarely fit into a shorter trip.
If you would rather add a new destination after Jaipur, a few routes continue naturally from where this tour ends.
Five relaxed days is all it takes to see royal forts, ancient lanes and one true wonder of the world. Whether you are flying in from London, New York, Toronto, Dubai or Mexico City, this trip fits neatly into a comfortable holiday.
